Customer Service Advisor

Based at:
DPAS Head Office, Tisbury
Role:
To provide an efficient and professional service to existing and new DPAS registered dental practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely in a sub team of three ensuring everyone in team is kept up to date in order to cover sickness and holidays.
- Keeping in regular contact with allocated dental practices ensuring they are happy with the service we offer and answering any issues or queries.
- Dealing with any patient queries.
- Receiving and sorting post relating to customer services.
- Day to day processing of practice patient forms and accurately recording all information on DPAS database system.
- Monitoring unpaid reports and dealing with letters and enquiries.
- Liaising with other teams within DPAS Limited where necessary.
- Using iMeta system.
- Using Sage CRM system.

- Good understanding of Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good eye for detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Self-motivated
Competencies preferred:
- Ability to keep calm under pressure
- Previous office experience
