Account Manager
Reporting to:
Senior Business Development Manager and operating within a defined territory
Role:
- Undertake project management duties (as defined below) from the point of practice handover meeting until the point of first mailing. Acting as liaison between the practice and New Business Team department.
- Introduce membership plans to existing customers in defined territory.
- Undertake account management duties (as defined below) from the point of first mailing and on an ongoing basis thereafter. Acting as liaison between the practice and the CSA department.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract to Mailing responsibilities
- Undertake practice handover meetings (where appropriate, in conjunction with DPAS BDM), within your defined territory.
- Complete all handover documentation, obtain necessary signatures and supporting data and submit to New Business Team department within agreed time-scales.
- Ensure that the practice adheres to all agreed deliverables within the overall ‘go-live’ schedule as managed by New Business Team department.
Account management responsibilities
- Agree effective visit plans appropriate to the needs of each individual practice taking into consideration the type, size and relative experience of the practice.
- Undertake regular visits to the practices within your defined territory. Ensure that appropriate measures are taken to effectively promote recruitment to existing DPAS administered payment plans. If suitable, introduce membership plans for all of the PFPI private patients.
- Wherever necessary, act as liaison between the practice and any internal departments of DPAS to ensure satisfactory resolution of any issues as they arise.
- Undertake all in-practice training as required and with the agreement of the practice.
- Ensure that practices complete and submit DPAS Customer Satisfaction Surveys at defined intervals, as agreed with the company.
